Protect Your PC From Virus Infected USB Devices With Antirun

Antirun is an application that brings a number of protection options for securing your system against threats which may occur from removable media devices such as USBs, SD Card, External hard drives, digital cameras, phones, etc. Antirun automatically scans devices which are plugged into your computer and informs you when a threat is detected.

Start Antirun before connecting a removable device to ensure that no malicious agent will be able to run to infect your computer. From system tray menu, you can open the removable media, get disk information (from Windows default disk information utility), and eject the removable device. All external devices are listed in tabs whereas, the bottom of the dialog box displays the amount of consumed and remaining disk space for the selected device. In case a virus is detected, you will get a prompt to remove the threat.
